Returns
30-day returns on unworn masks, counted from the delivery date. A mask that has been worn is final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mask arrives damaged or defective, email support@funnyskimask.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it. That promise applies even if the mask was tried on.
How to Request a Return
Email support@funnyskimask.com with your order number inside the return window above. We will confirm whether the mask is unworn and what happens next.
