Funny Ski Mask is a brand of Electronic Gen LLC. Funny Ski Mask (funnyskimask.com) is operated by Electronic Gen LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing from or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Funny Ski Mask sells character-themed printed ski masks, sold individually or in multi-packs (Single, 4-Pack, 6-Pack). Product descriptions, fit information, and character designs are described to the best of our current knowledge.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Current pricing: Single $24.99 · 4-Pack $64.99 · 6-Pack $84.99. Prices can change. The price shown at checkout applies to your order.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
- No subscription or recurring-billing plan is offered for this product.
4. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy. Shipping is $5.99 flat and free at $80+. Orders are self-fulfilled and ship from Florida.

6. Product Descriptions & Fit
Funny Ski Mask is a one-size, stretch-fit product designed to fit most adults, and it fits under standard ski and snowboard goggles and helmets. We do not make any warmth, thermal-performance, or protective-equipment claim beyond ordinary recreational apparel.
7. Recreational Use Only
This product is sold and intended solely as recreational ski and snowboard apparel. It is not designed, marketed, or intended for use as a disguise for unlawful purposes, and nothing on this site should be read as encouraging such use. Some jurisdictions restrict public face coverings outside specific exemptions. You are responsible for knowing and complying with local law wherever you use this product.
8. Intellectual Property
All character designs, artwork, and the Funny Ski Mask name and logo are the property of Electronic Gen LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our character designs without written permission. Funny Ski Mask is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any ski resort, sports league, apparel brand, or public figure unless we say so.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to misuse checkout, promotions, or customer support.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electronic Gen LLC's liability arising from your purchase or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
